Payroll Services cover all activities connected with calculating salaries, taxes and contributions for social insurance of employees. Our payroll services include, among others:

• registration of new hires in ZUS Social Security system,
• calculating salaries of employees, based in concluded agreements and additional records (e.g. overtime, holidays, etc.),
• Calculating salaries for employees for the periods of incapacity to work,
• filing with ZUS documentation relating to payment of benefits for periods of incapacity to work, if the benefits are paid by ZUS,
• calculating contributions for social insurance and health insurance of employees as well as income tax on salaries,
• determining net amounts to be paid to employees,
• drafting declarations of due Social Security contributions and payroll tax for the tax office,
• drafting annual reports on employee salaries and withholding income tax paid.

Payroll is the most sensitive area of managing a business. In many companies, salaries are considered strictly confidential. In order to meet these needs we offer two additional solutions intended to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive salary information:

• Direct payment of salaries from a separate bank account of the client. Only a dedicated person from our company can access the account and (optionally) the person responsible for payroll on the client’s side. The total sum of salaries (or salaries and taxes) is credited to this account from the main account. Other persons, including persons from the accounting department do not have access to information concerning the amounts to individual bank accounts of employees.
• Payment of salaries from a special payroll bank account of our company assigned to the client. Such an account is held in our bank and can be accessed only by the person from our company responsible for payroll payments. The count is credited by the client with the total sum of salaries (or salaries and taxes) to be paid.

Payroll Services may also include selected elements of Human Resources Services.

Keeping of records of the personal information of employees and their changes is handled by our own custom SODOP system (System Obsługi Danych Osobowych Pracowników - employee personal information processing system).
