Tomasz Wikliński, President of THOMAS Sp. z o.o. and THOMAS TAX Sp. z o.o. tax consultancy firm, Member of the Board of the International Association of Professional Advisers.

Since the beginning of his professional career, Tomasz has actively combined technical expertise with accounting and legal experience. This interesting combination, fueled by his strive for constant self-improvement, helps them find effective solutions to even the most complex challenges connected with running a business.

He started gaining experience early, still as a student, being responsible for projects connected with the research on modern electronic circuitry in the Spanish company SAC Sistemas Avanzados de Control. The circuitry was then used in Poland to create cable-television networks in Warsaw.

Soon after he cofounded one of the first companies to use computer software to handle accounting records. His modern attitude to management and the applications of technology in management enabled him to successfully complete many significant projects for his clients - starting with systems that control documentation flow, through systems reporting financial data up to financial management in the capital group. He has cooperated with numerous international organizations, among others, Industrial Bank of Korea (bookkeeping for the Polish subsidiary) and TBWA\COMMUNICATION GROUP (CFO in Poland).

He then progressed his career by achieving significant milestones: accounting certificate (1997), title of tax advisor (2006), Member of the Board of the International Association of Professional Advisers (2009).

Tomasz Wikliński is a graduate of the Department of Electronics of the Warsaw Technical University and MBA studies at Koźmiński University.

Bożena Wiklińska is a partner and Board Member of THOMAS Sp. z o.o.

She has been concerned with finance and accounting since 1977. The work she started at the time in the tourist industry brought her first valuable experience working on various levels of the accounting career ladder. She further honed her experiences as an independent accountant working for public administration and then as deputy chief accountant in the company from the textile industry. There she had to combine her responsibilities as a financial and accounting expert with the role of a manager, because she was put in charge of the 17 person-strong accounting department.

Years of work and the broad range of experiences led her to start her own business. In the year 1990, Bożena started an accounting firm, which cooperated with the trustee's office and handled accounting records of clients whom she acquired herself. Numerous clients from various industries have given her precious knowledge and experience in financial management.

Since the year 1993, Bożena has been a partner of THOMAS Sp. z o.o., responsible for finance and bookkeeping on behalf of the company's clients. She was contracted by many companies to supervise the propriety of audits conducted by state authorities, among others, ZUS, UKS and the tax office in the scope of value added tax and income tax, the supreme audit office and the national labor inspectorate.

Bożena’s work is also her passion. She greatly appreciates the opportunity to combine accounting with financial management, because then she can have a real influence on delivering optimal solutions to clients. Privately, for many years she has focused on philosophy, where she often finds explanations for the sometimes surprising differences found between people.
