Management Accounting is an extension of Financial Accounting and is addressed to companies operating on a bigger scale, with several revenue and cost centers (i.e. points of sale) or decision centers.

Our solutions enable to track the results of each branch or field office, as if it operated as a separate business. It also enables to compare results generated by them, as well as to create incentive systems for managers. Their earnings should be directly connected with their performance, e.g. the revenues generated by the branch, branches or the whole region they are responsible for.

The results and analyses presented to the boards are prepared using custom as well as dedicated applications like Budget Assistant Concept.

Management Accounting is available as an addition to both Financial Accounting and Internal Accounting services.
