If, as a result of comments (complaints) from the Client, an internal audit, or our own observation, some discrepancy is identified, that is, an activity inconsistent with the standard procedures, contract or law regulations, as well as the risk of appearance of such a situation, a note on this subject is placed in a special register of discrepancies. A Quality Supervisor or member of the Board analyze the situation and identify the cause of the problem. Depending on what the reason of the problem is, an appropriate action, is taken, egg. a change in procedures to make a better control of the process, warning the person who did not fulfill their obligations, a change in the provision of the service, a change of the exchange of information with clients, etc.
